- Use a minimum of equipment - thus no dehydrator is required
- Support easy digestion
- Be nutritious and
- Taste delicious!
Recipes are presented in a monthly sequence to take the guesswork out of which recipe you can find ingredients for. All the fresh ingredients are likely to be readily available in North America during that month.
[For those who live elsewhere the recipes will serve equally well, as the majority of produce I’ve selected are likely to be ingredients that are readily available to you too, though perhaps at a different time of year.]

Week 52: Ocean Soup
If you’re looking for a delicious, nutritious vegan ‘taste of the sea’, this soup is just for you! It that takes minutes to make and serves as a great meal.
In two soup bowls Ingredients
- 2 fresh ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 organic Carrot, peeled and chopped fine.
- 1 T Dulse flakes
Divide equally between two soup bowls and set aside.
- 2 cups Kale
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 fresh lemon, peeled
- 1/4 avocado pear
- 1T fresh Dill
- Method:
- Chop the veggies as indicated above.
- Blend all the remaining ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Pour the soup over chunks of fresh tomatoes and carrots.
- Serve immediately. Yummy!
